Make a Request
If you would like to make a request, our support technicians are on hand to give you answers. All technical support requests must be submitted on the ServBasic Technical Support form. We attempt to follow up all support requests within 2 hours during normal business hours. Support will be provided via email or phone based on the request submitted. Be sure to include a detailed explanation of your pest control support request and include the number(s) at which you can be reached. With our Live help support you can chat directly with a technical support representative online. During each interactive session our support technician will guide you through setup and training issues in a language you understand using software that makes it just as if they were at your office.
1. If it’s free, do I have to provide any financial information? - No, we will not ask you for any financial information! All we need is basic information about your company.
2. Are there any set-up charges? - No, there are no set-up charges for ServBasic. You can set-up the software for free, plus get all the training you require.
3. Will the software remember where and when I need to service a customer? - Yes! The scheduling module will remind you of any service appointments coming up. You can even schedule continual reminders a week or days in advance.
4. Is there a limit to how many customers can be entered? - For the free version of ServBasic, there is a limit of 200 customers. However, for only $39 per month, you can add as many customers as you want.
5. Can the software do billing? - Yes! You can easily manage billing within ServBasic, including printing or emailing statements with just a few clicks.
6. Do I have to buy expensive forms to use the software? - Not at all! ServBasic has a form designer that allows you to custom build forms to meet your pest control company’s needs with ease.
7. How long does it take to get started? - Once you sign up for ServBasic, a login and password will be sent to you so you can start entering and scheduling your customers immediately.
8. Do you provide support? - Yes, we provide unlimited phone and email support for any questions or issues you may have. You can contact our support expert at 614-553-0236.
9. What browsers can I use with ServBasic? - You can use ServBasic on any common browser, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
10. Would I be able to upgrade to ServSuite if I start with ServBasic? - Yes! Our software grows with your company. Whenever you’re ready, you can upgrade to ServSuite and get advanced features with no conversion cost!
